Intelligence
in service of care.

It carries on
through people.
IT STARTS WITH THANKS.
IT GROWS THROUGH CARE.
AItäh.
A name that starts
with “thank you.”
Aitäh means “thank you” in Estonian. Our name brings that gratitude together with AI: artificial intelligence, augmented intelligence, and 愛 — care at the heart of the work.
Behind every item are people giving their time, skills, and trust. AItäh supports the work that connects their generosity to practical aid.
We’re building clearer coordination around equipment, a better experience for donors, and a shared view of what needs to happen next.
愛 — care is the starting point.
Love becomes practical through attention: understand the need, respect the donor, and keep the promise of every handoff in view.

A patch arriving at the right address. A personal thank-you video. The care after a donation matters as much as the moment it was made.

THE QUESTIONS
THAT SHAPE THE WORK.
What equipment does this project support?
The scope includes heavy-duty vehicles, pickup trucks, electrical and electronic devices, machinery, and other needed items. Each category needs appropriate identification, preparation, delivery coordination, and handover evidence.
What is the first automation priority?
Donor experience: patch shipping and thank-you video delivery. The goal is to reduce manual work while making every handoff and outcome traceable.
Does the dashboard have to wait for the full application?
No. Centralized weekly reporting is an immediate parallel workstream. It can begin with reviewed extracts and existing reporting tools while integrations are assessed.
How do donors who decline patches fit into the process?
Patch preference and benefit eligibility are separate. A donor may qualify and still decline a physical patch. Missing form details must not be treated as an invalid donation.
What is different about US shipping?
Individual envelopes travel in a consolidated shipment before domestic posting in the US. Bulk departure, US receipt, and individual domestic dispatch need separate records.
What is the strategic growth direction?
Prepare to replicate the reported US donation model in Germany and the UK. Country arrangements, source-account ownership, and reporting definitions need to be confirmed before launch.
Which decisions still need to be made?
Benefit thresholds, patch quantities, catalogue rules, carrier formats, access, ownership, and release boundaries remain open. The register preserves conflicting evidence rather than silently choosing a rule.
